Four steps over roughly three weeks: a 30-minute intro call with the hiring manager, a practical exercise that mirrors the real work (paid if it takes more than two hours), a deep-dive conversation with two future teammates, and a final values chat with a founder. We share feedback at every stage and never ghost candidates.

Many roles are open to remote teammates anywhere in EMEA within three hours of Istanbul time; each posting lists where it can be based. Remote teammates get the same equity, hardware stipend and retreat invitations as hub-based colleagues, plus a coworking budget if they want one.

Yes. For roles based in our Istanbul or London hubs we sponsor work permits and offer a relocation package covering flights, temporary housing and legal fees. For remote roles we hire through an employer of record so you get local employment benefits without relocating.

No. Curiosity about clinics and patients matters far more than prior domain experience. Every new hire spends time shadowing coordinators at a partner clinic during their first month, so you'll understand the real workflows quickly.

English is our working language for documents, code and meetings. Turkish, German, Arabic and Russian are a real advantage for customer-facing roles because our clinics and their patients speak them every day, but they are never required for engineering or design roles.
