    What shipped

    • Branch data walls: coordinators only see patients, conversations and revenue from branches they're assigned to.
    • SAML SSO for Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID, with enforced 2FA and session limits per role.
    • Immutable audit log for exports, permission changes and record views — filterable by branch, user and IP.
    • Live flight tracking on every inbound patient, with delays cascading to transfers, hotel and chair slots.
    • Approval rules decide what moves automatically (drivers) and what needs a human (surgery slots).

    • Server-side Meta CAPI with SHA-256 hashed phone and email, deduplicated against the browser pixel.
    • Deposit Cleared event mapped to Purchase with real value and currency, sent only after the payment settles.
    • Google Ads offline conversion upload on the same ledger, with GCLID captured at lead creation.
    • Cash ROAS dashboard by campaign, ad set and creative — cost per deposit, payback and refunds netted out.

    A rebuilt proposal engine renders two A4 pages side by side like a printed dossier, with live package switching and a deposit checkout inside the flipbook.

    What shipped

    • Dual-page A4 flipbook on desktop, single-page swipe on mobile — same dossier, same link.
    • Patients switch between Good / Better / Best packages and the total, deposit and itinerary update live.
    • In-dossier deposits via Stripe, iyzico and bank transfer, reconciled to the deposit ledger automatically.
    • Page-level read tracking tells coordinators which pages the patient lingered on before following up.

    24/7 Multilingual AI Voice Triage & Noise Suppression

    AI Voice now answers and calls back around the clock in 19 languages, with on-device noise suppression that keeps transcripts clean on busy streets and airport calls.

    What shipped

    • Round-the-clock inbound answering and sub-60-second outbound callbacks on every new lead.
    • Language detection in the first sentence — Turkish, German, Arabic, Russian, English and 14 more.
    • Neural noise suppression cuts background noise before transcription, raising qualification accuracy.
    • Warm handoff to an on-shift coordinator with a live summary, budget and treatment interest attached.
